In VitroSubstance P(6-11) 在大鼠膀胱中刺激 [3H]-肌醇一磷酸 ([3H]-IP1) 的形成,EC50 值为 4 nM。
In VivoSubstance P (6-11) (0.1-10 nM) 以剂量依赖的方式抑制大鼠胰腺分泌胰岛素和胰高血糖素。相反,在犬胰腺中,Substance P (6-11) (1-10 nM) 会增强胰岛素、胰高血糖素和生长抑素的释放[2]。
