In VitroTriclofos (0.5-75 µg/mL; pooled plasma) is hydrolyzed rapidly into TCEOH and monosodium phosphate. The average %RSD of the matrix effect is 13.9% for triclofos, 5.6% for trichloroacetic acid (TCA), 8.9% for trichloroethanol (TCEOH) and 14.9% for chloral hydrate (CH)[1].
