In VivoTrimazosin (10–30 mg/kg; i.h.; once) produces graded decreases in blood pressure[3]. Animal Model: Conscious spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR)[3] Dosage: 10–30 mg/kg Administration: Subcutaneous administration, once Result: Produced graded decreases in blood pressure.
