Uses(R)-1-[alpha-(4-Chlorophenyl)benzyl]piperazine intermediate in the production of (R)-Cetirizine.
Application(R)-1-[(4-Chlorophenyl)phenylmethyl]piperazine could be used to synthesize a series of novel derivatives. Most of these derivatives significantly affected both allergic asthma and allergic itching. Meanwhile, in the test of allergic itching, five of the 19 compounds have more potent activities than levocetirizine[1].
