SynthesisDissolve 2-naphthylamine-1-sulfonic acid (tuliptic acid) in ammonia or sodium hydroxide, cool down to 0-5 ??, add hydrochloric acid acid precipitation, add sodium nitrite aqueous solution in 30min, diazotization reaction, reaction 1h, standby; dissolve 2-naphthol in sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, add diazotization salt at 10 ??, 30min, coupled at pH = 9.5-10, add hot rosin soap solution and Barium chloride aqueous solution, pH = 8.5, 60 ?? reaction 1h, filtration, washing, drying.
