IC50 value:Target: Vd analogEldecalcitol (ED-71; 2.beta.-(3-Hydroxypropoxy)-1.alpha.,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3) is more efficacious than alfacalcidol in preventing vertebral and wrist fractures in osteoporotic patients with vitamin D sufficiency, with a safety profile similar to alfacalcidol. |
