| Synthesis | N,O-Dimethylhydroxylamine hydrochloride was synthesised by methylation, saponification and decarboxylation reactions using chloroformate ester (I) as the starting material. The specific reaction procedure is as follows: First, hydroxylamine hydrochloride is used to treat chloroformate (I). The resulting N-ethoxycarbonylhydroxylamine (II) is then subjected to methylation. Compound (III) undergoes saponification and decarboxylation to yield N,O-Dimethylhydroxylamine hydrochloride (IV).
