Synthesis

Nickel dibutyl dithiocarbamate pre-dispersed masterbatch pellet, the composition of the masterbatch pellet, by weight, is as follows: 73 parts of nickel dibutyl dithiocarbamate, 6 parts of chlorohydrin rubber, 3 parts of EVA resin, 1 part of stearic acid, 2 parts of high grade fatty acid, 2 parts of pentaerythritol stearate, 2 parts of microcrystalline paraffin wax, 3 parts of zinc saturated fatty acid, 8 parts of naphthenic oil. The method of preparing the masterbatch pellet, comprising the steps of:

(1) accurately weighing each raw material required for the preparation of the master rubber pellet in accordance with the ratio, wherein the rubber carrier is pre-made into flakes;

(2) fully mixing nickel dibutyldithiocarbamate, rubber carrier, advanced fatty acid, zinc saturated fatty acid, and naphthenic oil to obtain the first premix;

(3) put the pentaerythritol stearate and microcrystalline paraffin into the first premix obtained in step (2) after mixing uniformly and stirring sufficiently to obtain the second premix, and put the second premix into the compactor in three times, and then mix under the condition of temperature of 80 ?? and rotational speed of 70 rpm for 8 minutes, and then obtain the rubber;

(4) the rubber obtained in step (3) is put into the extruder, the control host is given a rotational speed of 125 r/min, the temperature control area of the extruder is divided into seven segments sequentially from the feed port to the discharge port, in which the temperature of the first segment is 48 ?? C, and the temperature of the second to the seventh segments is 75 ?? C, and the rubber is finally filtered through the 80-purpose mesh screen and then extruded and cut into granules, i.e., obtaining the nickel dibutyldithiocarbamate pre-dispersed masterbatch. The pre-dispersed masterbatch of nickel dibutyl dithiocarbamate is obtained.
