In VivoPretreatment with CY 208-243 (2.5 mg/kg; s.c.) prevents the increase of DA release and metabolism induced by the D-1 antagonist, SCH 23390 (0.05 mg/kg; s.c.)[1]. Animal Model: Male Sprague-Dawley rats (180-200 g)[1] Dosage: 2.5 mg/kg Administration: Subcutaneous Result: Prevented the increase of DA release and metabolism induced by the D-1 antagonist.
