In VivoFenipentol (PHP) (50-200 mg/kg; p.o. and intraduodenal administration) increases the secretory volume of pancreatic juice and the output of protein in rats[2]. Fenipentol (50-200 mg/kg for i.p. and 5-10 mg/kg for i.v.) considerably increases biliary secretion in rats[2]. Fenipentol (25-200 mg/kg; intraduodenal administration) stimulates the pancreatic secretion in the canine[2].
