| In Vitro | 2-Methoxy-4-vinylphenol (2M4VP) potently inhibits the translocation of NF-κB p65 into the nucleus by IκB degradation following IκB-α phosphorylation and the phosphorylation of MAPKs such as p38, ERK1/2, and JNK[1]. 2-Methoxy-4-vinylphenol (2M4VP) inhibits hyper-acetylation of histone H3 (Lys9/Lys14) induced by LPS[1]. Western Blot Analysis[1] Cell Line: RAW264.7 cells. Concentration: 0-40 μM. Incubation Time: 24 h. Result: Inhibited the over-expression of iNOS and COX-2 protein in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. |
