a. Add 45.2 g of 2,3,4-trifluoronitrobenzene and 99.5 g of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) to a 1000 mL three-necked flask and stir until completely dissolved. b. Adjust the temperature of the reaction system to 15~17°C, slowly add 125 g of 32% potassium hydroxide (KOH) solution dropwise, and strictly control the temperature during the dropwise addition process. c. Continue to stir the reaction for 3 hours at 15~17°C. d. Upon completion of the reaction, cool the reaction system to 14~16°C, slowly add 290 g of 7.6% potassium hydroxide. e. Add 290 g of 7.6% hydrochloric acid, and slowly add 290 g of 7.6% hydrochloric acid, and stir for 3 hours. -nitrophenol.
