| Description | Cloricromen is a new coumarin derivative useful as a coronary vasodilator andantithrombotic. It differs from existing antithrombotic agents in that it does not actchiefly on platelets. Cloricromen is reportedly well tolerated, improves exercisetolerance and decreases usage of nitrates by angina patients. |
