| In Vivo | Methyl 3-O-methylgallate (M3OMG; 10 and 20 mg/kg, i.p., ) treatment mitigated the NaF-induced oxidative stress through normalization of the level of TBARS, reduced levels of glutathione and by the restoration of the diminished antioxidant enzyme activities[1]. Animal Model: Fifty male Wistar rats (8-12 , 7-days old, 200-250 g)[1]. Dosage: 10 and 20 mg/kg. Administration: I.P. for 1 week. Result: Mitigated the NaF-induced oxidative stress through normalization of the level of TBARS, reduced levels of glutathione and by the restoration of the diminished antioxidant enzyme activities. |
