| Description | Alisol F 24-acetate is a triterpene compound that can be isolated from the rhizomes of Alisma orientalis. Alisol F 24-acetate inhibits the secretion of HBV surface antigen HBsAg and HBeAg with IC50 values of 7.7 µM and 5.1 µM. Alisol F 24-acetate has proapoptotic activity and can be used for cancer research[1][2]. |

Concentration: 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 µM. Incubation Time: 24 h. Result: Significantly inhibited the cell viability (100 µM). Apoptosis Analysis[2] Cell Line: MCF-7/DOX cells. Concentration: 5, 10 and 20 µM. Incubation Time: 0.5, 1, 2, 3 and 4 h. Result: Promoted the doxorubicin-induced apoptosis with time and dose dependent manner. |
